Policies

• If your appointment is more than 48hrs away, you can reschedule/cancel your appointment via your confirmation email that was sent when you booked.

• If your appointment is less than 48 hours away, you will be charged 100% of the service price if you cancel. Rescheduling is not permitted.

• No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• No additional persons are allowed at the appointment with you.

• You must arrive without makeup on or around your eyes. Please clean your lashes prior to arriving.

• Applying extensions is a very tedious process. It requires precision, and for that you must be able to remain laying still with your eyes shut for the duration of your appointment.

• Unfortunately, you cannot use your phone during your appointment.

Location & Parking

• We are located at 305 SW Market St, Suite 5, Lees Summit, MO 64063. It is directly across from the Exit Room.

• Options for parking- On street parking is available, there is a 2 hour limit on the spaces directly in front of the building. Others down the road do not have a limit. There is a parking lot to the right of the building, you can park in any open space. Lastly, we rent parking from The Exit Room. You can also park in The Exit Room parking lot.

• Our building has a small metal table and chair outside the front door. Once you enter the building, our suite is the last office on the left. We have signage on the door as well.
