So I’ve booked my lash appointment, now what?

Before your appointment

  • Look up lash styles. Search Instagram. Screenshot some inspiration pictures. Have them handy to show me. I try my best to post frequently on social media, so feel free to follow us on Instagram or Facebook (@kclashcompany) for inspiration.

  • Come with a clean face, and especially clean lashes. Any makeup on, or around the eye must be removed.

  • Love Starbucks? Craving a redbull? Wait until after. A full set takes 3 hours from walking in to walking out, and I need you to be be able to lay still with your eyes closed the whole appointment. We have beverages you can snag once were finished!

During your appointment

  • Remember those inspiration pictures you screenshotted at 2am last night on Instagram? Show me them. We will go over the look, style, and everything you expect and want from your lashes.

  • You will need to lay still with your eyes closed for the duration of the service.

  • We’re finished! You love your lashes! Im super excited! We book your fill for two weeks from now, snag some cute pictures, and you’re on your way!

Things to note

  • No guest can come with you to your appointment. Yes, that means no kiddos, no partners, and definitely not your mother-in-law.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it must be rescheduled, and you will be charged for the appointment in full. We strive for the best possible customer service, so we must adhere to appointment times in order to make sure were staying on track for all appointments.

Can I get my lashes wet?

Yes, you can! There isn’t a waiting period needed.

Will they damage my natural lashes?

Short answer- they can, but they shouldn’t. With proper application and aftercare, your natural lashes can actually benefit.

Can I wear mascara?

Mascara is a BIG no no.

Can I go in the ocean? A sauna? Workout?

Yes, yes, and yes!

How long do they last?

This varies person to person. Fills are needed every 2-3 weeks typically. It depends on a few factors (lash style, aftercare, and your natural lash growth)
